for leagues & league owners
One league. Every team. One platform you own.
Afanity's multi-tenant architecture gives your league a branded fan platform and every club its own app under it. League-wide reach, per-team identity, one operation.
A league's fanbase is bigger than any one club's, and it's usually the most fragmented. Every team runs its own social accounts, its own half-maintained site, its own ticket link. The league owns the schedule and the story, and none of the audience. When a sponsor asks how many fans the league can actually reach, the honest answer is a shrug assembled from twelve different follower counts.
Afanity was built multi-tenant from day one. An organization holds clients, and clients hold environments. For a league, that means one decision at the top provisions a branded platform for every team, with league-level content flowing down and fan data rolling up. That's the architecture doing the work, not an integration project bolted on later.
There's a quieter benefit, too. A league that runs its own platform finally learns what its fans actually do. Which markets travel, which clubs convert casual followers into ticket buyers, which content formats hold attention on a Tuesday in the off-season. Those answers used to live inside other companies' analytics products. On your own platform, they're just your data.
For a league founder, the order of operations matters even more. Media coverage, betting partners, and expansion cities all want proof of audience, and a league that starts on its own platform has that proof from the first season. Every early supporter lands on a list the league office can see, count, and reach.

What it looks like in practice
Multi-Platform
One app per team, or one app for the league
Launch a single league-wide app, or give every club its own branded iOS, Android, and web platform from the same operation. Start with one flagship team, prove the model, and roll the rest out as they're ready. Nothing about the choice is permanent.
Content Management
League content, team voice
Publish the league story once. Standings, highlights, and announcements flow into every team's feed alongside their own local content, in their own brand. The league stays consistent without flattening what makes each club worth following.
Sponsorship
Sponsorship inventory across the whole league
Sell sponsors measurable branded moments across every team's app at once. That's aggregated reach a single club can't offer, backed by per-team reporting a sponsor can verify instead of taking on faith.
Gamification
Gameday running in every market at once
Predictions, polls, and cheer meters run during every fixture on the schedule, not just the marquee matchup. A fan in your smallest market gets the same live experience as one in your largest, and the league sees all of it in one view.
Rewards Platform
Season-long loyalty that crosses venue lines
Points, streaks, and perks that follow a fan across every club in the league. The supporter who drives three hours for an away fixture is the most valuable person in your building, and for the first time you can see them, name them, and reward them.
Analytics & Data
The fan record that survives franchise changes
Fan accounts, engagement, and purchase history across all teams, owned at the league level and exportable. Clubs relocate, rebrand, and change hands. The relationship with their fans doesn't have to reset every time.
Demo
See the multi-team architecture live
Our demo environment shows the same platform serving multiple branded tenants, each with its own apps, content, and admin, from one control plane. It's the same architecture our production tenants run on. We'll walk your league through it on a demo call, clearly labeled as the demo.
Penni, your built-in producer
Every Afanity platform ships with Penni, the AI producer that drafts your posts, recaps, and campaigns for approval. Here it is at work.
Questions we hear
Is this league management software for scheduling, refs, and registration?
No. Tools like LeagueApps handle operations for players and officials. Afanity handles fans, meaning engagement, content, community, and revenue. It complements your ops stack rather than replacing it, and most leagues run both.
Should we launch one league app or an app per team?
Both work on Afanity, and you can change your mind later. Leagues with strong club identities usually go app-per-team under a league umbrella. Newer leagues often start with one league app and split as fanbases grow. The underlying platform and the fan data model are the same either way.
We're launching a brand-new league. When should the fan platform exist?
Before your first game. A new league's scarcest asset is direct fan relationships, and starting on your own platform means every early supporter joins your list rather than an algorithm's. It also gives sponsors and media partners a real number on day one.
How does the league office keep control without running twelve apps?
One control plane. League admins see and manage every tenant from a single operation, while each club's staff runs their own content and community day to day. Permissions are per-role, so who can touch what is a decision, not an accident.
How does pricing work across many teams?
League deployments are structured per team with league-level terms. Talk to us and we'll scope it to your size and rollout plan.
Can each team keep its own brand?
Fully. Every team's app carries its own colors, logo, name, and app-store listing. White-labeling is per tenant, not per contract, so a new club joining the league gets the same treatment as the founding ones.
